Very poor customer service I have placed an order online on 11/25/22. I received a package on yesterday 1/12/23 and I only received the moisture moolah oil and this not all the items I have ordered. I emailed and called a for stormi Steele and No one has responded back to me. So I will report this to the better business bureau.

"First time ordering on Nov.30"
First time ordering on Nov.30, 2022and it's Jan.13, 2023. I still have not recieved my order. However, they will not respond to any of my emails. I tried to support Stormi business but this is extremely poor customer service. I will not ever order from her again and will be seeking full refund at this point.

I placed an order on 11/25/2022 and sent several emails in December and January and received no response. I finally went and filed a claim with the BBB and the next day I got a shipping confirmation email. Almost 2 months later I received a package and it was half of my order and half filled bottles. I’ve emailed, left messages on fb and Instagram and still no response. I will never order from this company again.

I wish I could give a rating of “0”! Placed an order 11/29/22. Called 12/28/22 in regards to my order and the process to receive a refund. I was sent the policy link showing NO REFUNDS. I spent too much money to have to deal with this type of service. I should have been given a refund since my order was showing “Unfilled”. I emailed again on 12/29/22 and I was told it takes 22 days after the date you ordered for orders to be filled excluding weekends and holidays. I do not remember reading 22 days, maybe I did not have my glasses on. I responded and the response back to me was “orders placed 11/29 processing window closes on 1/03”; it is the 10th of January and my order is STILL showing “UNFILLED”. I emailed yesterday (01/09/2023) and no response from Canvas Beauty Brand at this time. I am NOT happy and I will NO longer be purchasing from Canvas Beauty Brand!!
Canvas Beauty Brand should stop sells when an item has sold out instead of being greedy and selling more than what they have in inventory. Clearly this is the issue and if not, then hirer more staff to keep up with the demands.

I had placed an order in November 2022 for my first order I had to email them and asked why I hadn’t received my order yet. They did email me back and i finally got my tracking number and my product. But I made another purchase 12/2022 and have emailed them twice with no response yet. Contacted them on instagram and Facebook and left them a message on a post with many other people doing the same.. This is so wrong how paid customers are treated.

"This is my second and last time…"
This is my second and last time ordering from them. I placed a order on black Friday and received half my order. Then contacted customer service about and they said the rest of my stuff was still in the delivery window which made no sense when I order the same day SMH. Here it is Jan 9th and still no product. Also I've been reaching out to customer service and now I get no response.

"Slow Shipping No Response Horrible"
I was excited about this company however they seem not to be able to keep up with demand. I placed an order during Black Friday and it’s now December 22, 2022 and no update at all. I’ve contacted them via email and two weeks later still no response! I understand being busy however not responding to customers who have helped this business grown is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! I doubt I will order again and will take my money and business elsewhere where the company really values their customers.

I placed an order on October 28 and I have not received my order as of yet. November 28 is when I got a notification that my order shipped but the only thing that’s been done is the label was created. I will never order from this company again. If it’s not in store I will not buy it. The customer service is terrible.

Shipping. What good is a product if you can not use it consistently.
This company appears to be unable to keep up with not only supply demand but a reasonable shipping time as well.

I have been using the hair oil for just a few weeks i just tried the deep conditioner it was ok the regular conditioner had silicone in it (dimethicome) which is awful for hair in the long run i was so disappointed that was ingredient in the product

I purchased the canvas serum and it did not work for me. My scalp burned and I had to wash out the product. I currently have alopecia in the top and it particularly burned that part of my scalp. My scalp was also itchy after use. I hope this helps someone. Please try the product on a small part of your scalp before placing it all over.

"My Scalp Hates This Stuff…"
I’ve ordered from Canvas twice. I have not experienced any problems regarding ordering. The first order took longer to process than the second, but both arrived within reasonable timeframes. Initially, I ordered the hair oil and conditioner. My scalp broke out from the oil, so that was a waste. The second time around, I ordered shampoo and conditioner, and I got the booster thrown in for free. I don’t know if that was purposely done or not! I used the booster, then the shampoo, followed by the conditioner. Once again, my scalp broke out. So, I don’t know if it’s the quality of the ingredients or if they contain irritants that don’t agree with my scalp, but I will no longer order from Canvas.

I love the hair oil, and shampoo and conditioner I happy with the products so far. Well on August 27th I saw her promo on the hair infusion for the scalp and today September 25th. I’VE RECEIVED NOTHING. The money is taken out of my account and NO TEXT or Email, tracking number just NOTHING. PLEASE HELP ME. I should get something free for ALL THIS MESS. "I loved the products on my hair"
I loved the products on my hair. My hair is growing back from postpartum shedding so that's a plus. The downside is I feel like the products are too expensive for me to be waiting for almost a month to receive them. I had to contact customer service in order for them to ship my package.

"Unprofessional"
I placed a order on July 30 and have not received my items. I have emailed several time with no response. I received an email on August the 30th with a tracking number but usps stated they are awaiting the items. I try to support but this company is very unprofessional are either a scam. I will never order from them again
