My return was accepted quickly, but actually getting the refund was a whole different story. It took weeks, and support barely gave me any updates unless I chased them. Feels like their refund process just works when it wants to, which is really frustrating

Uh, I was surprised by how easy this was to apply. It didn’t take long at all, went on really smooth, and I didn’t make a mess. I’m not exactly great with beauty stuff, but this was super simple for me.

I grabbed this mostly because the ingredient list looked decent. A few things in it seemed good, and my hair did feel a little softer after using it. But I also noticed some ingredients Im not really a fan of, so it wasnt as clean as I was hoping. Overall, its not bad, but I dont think it was as impressive as I expected.

I ordered from Canvas Beauty Brand and my products did eventually show up, but the shipping took longer than I expected. The tracking wasn’t updating much either, so for a few days I was kind of wondering if the package was just sitting somewhere. Maybe they were backed up or dealing with delays, I’m not really sure. Everything was packed well and nothing came damaged, so I’ll give them that. I just wish the delivery was a bit faster or that they gave clearer updates along the way. Overall, not a terrible experience, just not the smoothest when it came to shipping...

I used Canvas Beauty on wash day it made a big difference. My hair usually gets knots bad, but this time comb went through way easier. I didn’t have to keep stopping or pulling at my hair. So far I’m really happy with it.

The products worked okay for me, so I can’t say they’re bad. But for what they cost, I expected a little more. I kind of hate spending the money and energy trying something that ends up being just average. It’s fine, but I’m not sure I’d call it a great value.

I wanted to like this, but my style fell flat after just a few hours. I was careful not to overdo it and followed the directions, so I’m not sure what else I could’ve done. Maybe it works better for other hair types, but for me it was kind of disappointing.

My order showed up on time, I think it was around Tuesday or maybe Wednesday, so no issue there. The packaging was just kind of meh though. The box was a bit bent up, and one of the lids had some product around it. Nothing was actually damaged or unusable, but I did expect it to be packed a little more carefully

I ordered this from canvasbeautybrand.com because I was really hoping it would help calm down my frizz, but it didn’t do much for me. My hair looked decent for maybe an hour, and then it started puffing right back up like usual. For the price, I expected it to last longer or at least make a noticeable difference. I’m also kind of annoyed because it’s not really clear what the next step is if it doesn’t work, am I supposed to use more, try it a different way, return it, contact someone? Maybe it works great for other people, but for me it felt like a waste

I’ve been seeing a lot less hair shedding lately, which has been such a relief. It’s nice not having to clean as much hair out of my brush or off the floor, and overall I’m really happy with the difference.

The moisture literally lasts well, and my skin feels nice for a good while after using it.

I had so much product buildup from gels and oils, my scalp just felt kind of gross tbh. I tried Canvas Beauty and after a couple wshes my hair felt way cleaner. I was kinda worried it would dry me out, but it didnt at all. So far I’m really happy with it.

I’ll admit, this did make wash day a bit easier for me, especially when it came to detangling. My hair wasn’t fighting me as much, which was a nice surprise. That said, I still had to use quite a bit of product, and my hair started feeling dry again sooner than I hoped. So it’s not bad at all, just not the miracle I was kind of expecting?!

The scent is okay, nothing too strong or weird, but the texture feels kind of heavy on my skin. I also found it a bit frustrating that it’s not really clear who actually owns or stands behind the product, so if you had a question or issue, I’m not sure who you’d even contact.

The products are fine and I don’t really have a problem with them, but the subscription billing was a mess for me. I thought I had skipped or canceled it, and then another charge popped up anyway, so I had to email them again to sort it out.

They did eventually respond, but it felt slow and kind of vague, and I really hated that there wasn’t an easy way to just talk to an actual person. Maybe I missed some fine print somewhere, but managing a subscription shouldn’t feel this annoying
